☆ Where is this store based?
Everything is shipped from the United Kingdom.
☆ What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are made through Paypal and Stripe.
☆ What shipping do you use?
All shipping is done via Royal Mail using Tracked Shipping. This means that your order is registered and insured in the event of the package being lost or arriving damaged.
☆ Where can I see tracking updates?
A tracking number will be provided allowing you to use the Royal Mail website to follow the parcel. Once the item has left the UK a link will generally be provided by Royal Mail for you to continue tracking progress.
☆ My order contains a pre-order item. When can I expect it?
Orders made with a mix of pre-existing items and pre-ordered products will be posted once the pre-ordered item is ready to go. If you need part of your order urgently, such as for a birthday present, then please get in contact with me via email.
☆ Can I cancel my order?
Please get in contact with me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order. A refund can be provided within 7 days of the order being made.
If the item has been shipped and you require a refund for any reason then please get in contact with me.
☆ My order still hasn't arrived! What do I do?
Any order that hasn't arrived after 60 business days can be refunded.
If a notable amount of time has passed and you still do not have your order then please get in contact with me via the contact form on this page or via the email provided above.
Some higher value items cannot be replaced, but I will do as much as I'm able to correct any issues that arise.
☆ What's the return policy?
If your order contains a defective product then please get in touch within 2 weeks of delivery with photos of the issue. I'm usually happy to simply send replacement items when stock is still available. If a replacement is not available then you can expect a refund for the damaged item.
